"I wanted to love this so bad because of the creators but this is not for those with heavy flows. I made the mistake of using these during a wedding and I was running to the bathroom every 30 minutes to an hour. They do not absorb evenly even when butterflied open. I had to pair with a pad for extra security. I would use on a day when your flow is lighter."
